Rang this morning, but showed as as an International (02??) call so I ignored it. When I went back into the phone to see my unanswered calls, it showed a sthis number.
Young male phoned my neighbour asking if she had called about insulation. She said no and he became rude and proceeded to call her a liar. Possible scam or just plain rude.
Recorded message claiming to be HMRC saying they were about to take legal action and to call to stop it. Gits.

18/10/18 unsolicited call to my mobile - person does not speak after I answer and say "hello", twice. After 10 seconds they say "bye" and hang up. A female voice. I did not identify my name on answering so maybe that spooked them. Sounded suspicious though.

I received a call from this number saying that there is a lawsuit against my name and I needed to pay £1500+. I quickly asked him why not HRMC send my home a letter instead of a phone call (usually they send letters or emails). The person who was on the line was speaking in broken English (or acquired English accent). I do not yet know if that was a fake call, but asked him to send me a letter to my home with all the details.
