This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1413672xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Management Services, accident chasers - insurance marketing.
