Tried to call this number back but came back with invalid number !!!!

Odd call from Mike at TPL . Said he was an agent looking to sell landlords. Wouldn t go in to detail; took a while and some prodding to just get that. Wouldn t explain what his company was. Quick to get off the phone after getting an email address (generic one given, of course!).

Car insurance. They'll call you from this number to try and sell Excess insurance. Yes, that's insurance against your insurance!!

I have been getting nuisance calls from The Money Group for about a year now, it is getting to the point of harrassment. The calls are normally from 01423 which I believe is in Harrogate. However, I have now started to get them from 01989 numbers in Ross on Wye. No matter how much I ignore the numbers I get about 6 or 7 calls per day. Multiple, daily calls regarding payment protection insurance, which I have never purchased. Pre-recorded message. Pressing 9 for automated opt-out has no effect. Extremely persistent and annoying.

Called and sent text. Text said that they wanted to discuss business opportunity (???) It IS Advantis, which I understand is a collection agency with gov contracts, but I, WITHOUT ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER, have NO debt, never mind outstanding debt, and I am DEFINITELY NOT connected to any HMRC "issues", either myself or vicariously. So obviously they either make mistakes, or they are involved in other activities outside of outstanding debt.

Call ended after a couple of rings on my phone. I did not pick up.

They rang and when I answered the call an automatic voice just said "Goodbye".

Had this number call me loads and when I finally picked up they asked me about my accident and my scrapped car (they knew the exact model) when I said "I m sorry but I can only speak to my legal team or to people they ve told me I can speak to" she hung up mid sentence so guess that was a scam
