Weird phone call. Called me up on Skype and all you you hear is a voice saying "please hold the line". Call the number back and it instantly gives you the error tone.

If my son wanted them to contact him he certainly would not have given a number he hasn t used for 10 years. They said they had a mobile no and wanted to check if it was still in use but due to data protection, couldnt give me what they had, but could check off the number I have for him. Pushy mobile phone sales call and would not go away even after I made it clear that I wasn t interested in up-grading or changing contracts. In the end I had to just hang up. These calls are always a worry as they may phone my mum or elderly neighbours.
Call from Claims Professionals. Probably "Have you had an accident at work" or PPI. Didn t answer but here is an option to remove your number. Call 0161 820 2718.

I believe this is a scam they send me a text message saying this "To keep your giffgaff services running, sign in below and follow the steps immediately. https://ggteam.co". Could obviously tell since the link looks odd. Don't follow the link, nor reply to the text nor call them.
Automatic answer machine message stated it was from AMAZON PRIME and they were about to bill me for an account I did not open... the number is a Spam Call - 01497 134696
