The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. This phone number called me about a loan I apparently was applying for and said they would send me an email, they asked for my account number and sort code, I still haven't received the email and I am not happy that these people have got my details, thank God it isn't my main account.
SCAM. Called just before midday today (25/03/22). A male, southern English, recorded(?) voice on a line that seemed to be breaking up assured me that I was entitled to a free medical alert pendant. Scam! Have nothing to do with anyone calling from this number!

Answered call which then played pre-recorded message purporting to be about amazon prime renewal and to press 1 if I didn't wish to renew. I asked the caller how he had my number as it wasn't the one associated with my amazon account (it was but knew I was being played) - he then told me to f£&@ off you f&£@£)£ idiot and hung up.

Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.

Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.
This number is a scam. Male Asian accent,Asking if I had my Covid vaccinations. I ask him who he was and what organisation. He said from CCG Manchester which is 300 miles from my own CCG. I rang Manchester CCG to let them know.
