Very hard sales tactics and don?t take no for an answer. When I explained that I didn?t want the insurance, his tone changed and wouldn?t stop trying to convince me that I was being ridiculous for not wanting it. Very rude people!! They have called me everyday and every day I have asked them nicely to take me off their data base - they all plead ignorant saying this is the first time they have called. They kept wouldn t listen when I told them I haven t been in an accident. I asked for their name and told them if they keep harassing me I will report them - she wouldn t give me her name and then hung up on me!

NEVER give ANY information to a caller, no matter how convincing they sound. Tell 'em to **** OFF! They'll get the idea . . .
