They called me yesterday to say there was a government scheme to help me with my debts, when asked if I had any debts, mortgage, loans or credit cards, I answered no, I have no debts whatsoever, they said, well good luck to that and bye, hung up. they then called back again today at about 5pm, I answered but they immediately hung up on me, to me, this smells like a scam caller, why would they call me again when I told them I have nothing!

Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!

I received a call from 02039587974 telling me they are calling from London County Court and that I have had a tax fraud case against me. They asked if I was able to make a £1198.00 payment so prevent my car being seized and sending the police out, whilst I was on the phone they tried to convince me they are calling from London Central count and asked me to google the number and rang me from the same central London county court number to assure me. They call my company number and left a auto message on my answer phone. The company has no debt - If they continue i plan to sue for business loss and take them to small claim court. It only cost ?50 to bring a claim. I let them settle the claim after i can prove they make several calls to my business line.
