This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. Called 28/5/19, female automated voice claimimg to be HMRC with what sounded like a MALE name, threatening legal action if not contacted on given number.

FAke! Try to get you to check out your computer, they have just moved numbers. They get you to a remote connection to you system, then charge you ?157 for deleting temp files and clearing your eventviewer log. SCAMERS- Avoid! Tell them you do not have a computer!
