Got a call at 11:00am on a Monday morning. Background noise suggested the caller was outside. Knew my name and informed me that they I had a claim for Insurance & mobile phone. They said they were calling from the Bureau. Information was incorrect and they said they would update the system. The call ended.

Being they are call their selves Lowell financial ltd, they cannot be held accountable for nuisance calls with the TPS service as debt collection falls outside of their remit.
