Indian chap rang asked if I was Mrs Spencer (it wasn't my surname but I didn't tell him that). He said he was from the Telephone Preference Service (LOTS of other Indian-sounding people talking in the background, sounded like a call centre). Asked if I was still receiving scam phone calls. I asked him what he wanted and he said that they could stop all these scam calls. I said "oh yes really?? and how much is that going to cost me?!!". 8.52am 8th September 2021 and this person has started his campaign of harrassment again today.This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and has called us over and over to the point of harassment. He has been told that we wont put his call through to the person he wants to speak to as they don’t want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through, then sits mimicking me down the phone line and finally he leaves the line connected so nobody else can call us.
