Product updates aka sales pitch

SCAM - pretending to be from Lloyds Bank... asking to call on 01332 556003 if a standing order for £537 to NVG Life Insurance had not been set up by the recipient. Recipient has no account with LLoyds, so definitely a scam.

Pressed 1 and a foreign women answer saying it’s HMRC and if your working or self employed. Ask for my name and when i said for them to tell me as they were the one who called the line goes dead

Got a call from 01224 515928 on my mobile (which is registered with the telephone preference service). There was a lot of background noise typical of a call centre. Caller asked for FirstName. I said have you heard of the telephone preference service. They either didn't hear what I said or ignored it and asked for FirstName again. I said who is calling. They said are you FirstName LastName. I said I want to know who is calling first before I say who I am. They said they can't continue the call. I said fine,
