Claim to have got number from national accident register. It is illegal under Privace & Electronic Communications Regulations & Data Protection Act (see ICO.org) to use personal data without permission, irrespective of whether it is on a list or not. I have reported them to ICO. You should too - it is the only way to get nuisance callers fined.

They've called me 11 times in the last 24 hours, all of which I ignored. Decided to pick up on the 12th call and they said they were from a company called "Sun Sea and Sickness" and wanted to ask me about an all inclusive holiday I recently had...except I haven't ever been on an all inclusive holiday!!!
