Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036344xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with energy comparison schemes, government grants, green energy, but also classical PPI, insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

71 I took my time to get to the phone but when I answered no one was there although the line was open. Most likely a scan to get you to call back and rack up excessive charges! (Cynical, I know!)
Phoned to state that they wanted to assist me after a road accident. I have not had a recent road accident
callers are often rude and despite my request to them to remove my details from their database. they still call me to bully me into confirming my details over the phone. When I refuse they hang up and block my dial backs so I can't make a complaint.
