Apple Pay scam
A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to a charity called Mary s Meals, which operates in several cities and provides meals for deprived children.
SCAM - Called about some energy scheme but hung up as soon as I told them I was signed up to the Telephone Preference Service.
I didn't recognise the number or even the area code so I didn't answer the call.
"Steve" from a mobile phone supplier. Asked him twice to name the company. He panicked and hung up. Heavily Asian accented. Don't think he was really called Steve!
Called to offer me some sort of deal for a holiday. when I told them I was at work they just hung up the phone.

Call from "CCN" apparently my details passed by MIB. Could not answer how or why my details were passed nor what the alleged "incident" related to or when it supposedly occurred. When I repeatedly asked for clarification, and said that if they could not answer my questions they should remove my details and never contact me again, they hung up. Called but just noise when I answered
Call center Pertaining to be from Whoopsie.co.uk. Another boiler maintenance company. They actually seem to be a legitimate firm offering alternative boiler maintenance contract as insurance brokers.. However, I am already with British Gas and have no problems with them and also 7 month left on the contract. Rather pushy sales rep who insinuated I had wasted 20 minutes of her time. In that case, job done at this end I would say.
