Been getting a few calls from this number over the last month, got fed up and answered, all I got was a robot voice saying goodbye before the call disconnected. Was pretty creepy and in general didn t appreciate all the attempts. From what I ve heard these guys are scam artists who atleast have access to vodaphone customer s information, though I m on orange, not the only one on this network to recieve a call from this number, so they most likely have access to their customer database aswell.

Claims to be from Credit Fraud Investigation for UK Loans. Asked for my Partner and wanted private information, told them to hold the line so he did for 9 minutes. Teleperformance is an outsourced call centre working on behalf of many different companies. It could be a sales call or one of the companies using the outsourced call centre might need to reach you i.e. Sainsbury s etc.

Another call from this number silent then hung up.. I believe this is due to previous calls when I have kept them on the line for 30 mins plus pretending to check my computer and blocking their attempts to try and do anything before informing them I have scammed them and dont actually have a computer.. and laughing loudly as they terminate the call with some abuse.. idiots

Most of these calls originate from outside the UK so the rules or laws have no effect.

Well they got cut off - put my phone on "do not disturb" 24/7 and "allow calls from contacts" However if you do speak to them and if they ask about an accident best thing is to say "which car?" It gets them every time!

This number is trying to send me a picture via mms on vodaphone. I do not have any contact with this phone number. I fear it is junk and I do not wish to open the attachment. This morning it sent me 3 of the same message in the space of four minutes. What should I do.
