Claimed to be from the telephone preference marketing service. Had lots of my details, tried to tell me that his company worked for BT. I got fed up. Told him I wasn t prepared to give him any details about card details etc and I could do what he was trying to do on my phone - which is exactly what I was going to do with his number. Notice I had a lot of calls from odd numbers today so perhaps the scam is to make lots of nuisance calls and then phone up and offer the service..

Had 2 phone calls from this number at the same time each day and panicked as this is the area in which my family live (Altho i do not talk to any of them due to a fall out some time ago) So straight away i started panicking!!! and plucked up the courage to call back as i thought something maybe wrong, To be told its something called PRA UK!!!
