unwanted menacing call

Automated call. voicemail picked up but caller didn't leave a message.

Had a call from a rude obnoxious caller suggesting I could claim compensation for a non existing RTA Read elsewhere the ripoff cost of calling them to complain.

Caller unknown not answered not called back treated as spam
