SCAM - pretending to be from BT - about my internet speed. BT is not my ISP, but call using a local Derby number told me that BT is the parent company of all Interned and Broadband services, not true! Trying to force me to check my speed when I can check it through my own ISP. Wouldn't take no for an answer, told him I am going to call BBC Scammers and he hung up.

O2 scam from a call centre. This is the second time in a week I have received a call about this. They are offering 30% discount on all bills until the end of my contract, then try to go through a verification process to access my details to claim

SCAM claiming to be from currys, offering cheap iPhone 14 deals and asking for advance payment I took the landline number she gave me and verified it with curry’s customer service genuine number they knew immediately it’s scam

This number claimed to be from Visa fraud department - definitely a scam!

This was a recorded message from a number purporting to be a bank (which bank not specified) and telling me that 2 dodgy transactions had just been recorded. One payment to Amazon, and one international payment via an unspecified website. Obviously crap, but a potential cause of anxiety nonetheless.

Telephone call from 01505 340340 on 3 March, 2023. Recorded message from unidentified "bank" regarding unspecified charges. Option to select number to process call onwards, probably to enable fraud. Obviously terminate telephone call and block number.

Telemarketing SCAM Claimed to be from the Solar Advice Centre based in Dorset. A Leeds number and a dissolved company in Bolton. I don't think so

Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. SCAM This number was the first of three (others were 0208 888 7676 and 01782 254545) which I received on 17th and 18th July 2023, telling me I had security problems with users accessing my computer files. I was told that I needed to open my event viewer logs so that they could help me to block the users etc. After playing dumb and stretching out the phone call - I eventually told them that I knew they were trying to scam me - which met with a tirade of abuse - especially from one female calling herse

Called twice. Recorded message suggesting two payments made from my account £300 from Amazon and £1000 international payment might be a scam and that I should press 1 or 2. I know it wasn't from my bank. Believe it's a scam call from a premium number that charges extortionate amount per minute.

Unsolicited cold call, when rang back out of curiosity they start asking for personal details without any indication what they are doing with the data. Blocked.
