A recording about recent insulation I've had put in my attic (I haven't). After I said "this is a recording isn't it" a short delay and then he said I'm new here I'll admit I'm following a script but I'm not a robot then he repeated the exact same sentence as he opened with so I hung up.
I have had umpteen calls from this number and finally got an answer when I picked up. This caller said they were selling Solar panels.

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

This is a Scam ,but unfortunately it was to late for me.It was not untill they phoned me and said that another claim that I was expecting, they said that had come through.But I phoned another no from my paperwork and they told me it was a scam.I called UKASH to put a block on Voucher.But they had used most of it .They also changed one in to Euros.I am now out of pocket ,plus the 6% that UKASH will charge in getting a refund.SO BE AWARE
