They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.
This number with these +44 7572 920739, +44 7451 208465 runs same scam from South East London. Don't fall for any of their tricks. I am getting more info to track them down.
