I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. Automated "suspicious activity" message, mentioned £1000 foreign transfer. I let them talk to my answering machine and ignored. Interestingly, had another call 10 mins later, this time from 01732 896820 - they hung up immediately my machine kicked in. Probably the same scammer using different numbers??

Over the last two weeks there have been a number of High Wycombe calls, which are trying to con you about Amazon prime, silence, or a annoying hiss. This particular call is an annoying hiss. I have collected about 16 numbers in this time period of the same ilk.

Another damn nuisance call. Some recorded woman's voice trying to convince me there are two fraudulent transactions on my bank account, press number one to get details etc. As it happened, I'd just been checking my bank account online, but I wouldn't have believed her anyway, as that's not the way my bank would contact me. This pathetic scam originated from a number in Knighton, a small town in Powys about ten miles from my house. Whoever you are, try and get a life!
Early morning nuisance call
Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

Foreign people in a call centre, I told them my email had been hacked and used to sign up to crypto currency and for them to delete my details. He laughed down the phone at me and called me ignorant for not wanting to discuss how I could make money. No matter how many times I block the number they come back with another one and use mobile numbers as well

Pieroth wines who I have never had any dealings with, from a scam competition for coca cola that immediately spawned daily scam calls from various numbers. I told them they would be flagged as a scammed, after which all the scam calls have stopped. Think very carefully before giving any useful details to these people. I would not trust them. At the very least they have proved to have no respect for data protection they either bought my phone number from a dodgy company or they are the dodgy company.
