A Google search suggests that it might be to do with personal alarms, this is the number that calls the people listed as emergency contacts for the person.

Phoned saying they re from the HMRC claiming I owe money. No call centre background. Left an "automated" voice voicemail, telling me to ring back. Obvious scanner...

This was a text message, saying your parcel has been redirected to us and then gave an website address

Caller with strong indian accent asked for me by name then when asked said he was from "Electricity Board". When I asked which electricity company he hung up.

Rang me about a valid accident looking to take a statement - I declined as they did not know my real name or address. Seemed very dodgy and was given advice that I did not have to give a statement to anyone but the Police.

Over past month this number calls and either does not answer or hangs up straight away. This is a company phone and it is getting annoying having to answer when busy.

Scammers trying to sell telephone preference services to stop nuisance calls.. They have some of my debit card data and attempted to confirm security numbers on back for security reasons. When I asked them to provide a number I could call them back on, they were unable to provide one. Do not give any information to these people. This is a known scam.
