Received a call and tried to convince me that Windows was corrupted / then that internet line at house was corrupted. Technician called Rose Brown offered a 2 year new windows licence for 140 GBP / 4 year licence for 220 GBP and 10 year multiple machine licence for 305 GBP. Said it was an arranged call back, that I had spoken to a colleague earlier; not true, I had been out all day. They said it was about a claim I had made re ppi. When I denied making a claim, said i have not paid ppi, the caller argued with me. I was polite, he spoke to me as if i was stupid (being female and older?!)
Answered a call they hung up so called them back, the "posh" man refused to say who they were but did say "of course we are helping people get refunds for ppi." I asked if they run their lists through the TP database, he hung up. Clearl

Robotic call asked for details of recent transactions and asked me to confirm that they were legit (all via phone keypad. After I answered in the affirmative I was told that I could continue to use the card as usual. On trying to use the card a few days later, it was blocked! Two phone calls to their 'Helpline' later I now have to wait for them to send me a new PIN. Total farce!

These people are scammers my son googled paypal number and it went direct to these ,they then took all his card number and security code on the bank of which I know he shouldn't have given. Called them back and they were so offensive please beware all details for his account luckily have changed
