just had a call from this number ,but did not answer it ,can anyone help in identifying it please .

silence upon answering, then a recording saying "we re sorry we couldn t contact you and will try again later". Not now I ve blocked the number they wont.

Numbers starting 01202 159 are well known for being used in a home insulation scam. They use auto diallers which take no account of TPS or ex directory status.

Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! This was a follow up call to a recent outpatients appointment, a survey on satisfaction levels really. Not suspicious I don't think.

Caller said they were checking on my frozen pension??? Wanted to know if I was retired?

As with most other comments, single ring then hung up. Did not call back. Weird thing was, this call came in on my company mobile, the number for which is only given out to colleagues and a few family members. I ve never used it to sign up for anything so no idea how they got it. Assume auto dialler?

PPI SPAM (SMS)

PPI company that cons you into signing up with them and then takes 30% of whatever they find for you, as payment. They also use a computer dialer that calls numbers and then hangs up on you if an operator is not available to talk at you

Missed call When I tried to call back the number was invalid.

Caller phoned saying they had information about an accident I had. When told I had no accident and they should not call again, she hung up. I ve now added number on my black list and sent them an SMS.
