Is this a genuine phone no through Martin Lewis's Itv show?
Claimed to be a company called ESS. They said that they were aware that I had a boiler over 10 years old and that they were agents for Zanussi. When I told them that the number was registered with the TPS, the call was disconnected.

I'm not expecting any parcels 3. The tracking number appended to the link wasn't recognised by the genuine ParcelForce tracking site.
