SCAM said they were from BT and that people were accessing my internet. When I told her to stop telling me nonsense as I was an expert in IT she told me to stop lying! I then asked if she had called me a lie and the line went dead.

Mechanical voice says my Amazon Prime subscription will auto renew unless I press 1. As I do not have Amazon Prime I assume it is a scam. Pressing 1 will probably be a premium rate number or a scammer phishing for info.

I think this is a marketing call. No message left, but they tried twice and the same day I received a call from a similar number with 2 different digits - again no message. When I called it (blocking my own number) there's an automated number saying the office is closed and it's 'something' communications (I didn't catch the first word). I figure if it was important / genuine they'd leave a message.

SCAM. 019532360947 caiied my landline at 10.20am today. Voice told me that my bank card had been used for purchases from AMAZON. That however just now is impossible! Voice gave me the option to dial 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to an advisor. Used my initiative and cancelled the call. This call was a SCAM phishin for my Bank Details. When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged.
