I've had this number call me on my landline 3x today and once yesterday but I'm having a run of 0164 numbers all the time. I do not answer these. We have caller id.
Called again at 12.08 pm no one there. Call me regularly, fed up of them, no idea what they want but I'm sure it's a scam of some kind.

SCAM There was a short pause after I picked up the telephone, with a lot of background noise, such as you might get from someone in a crowded bar, not what I'd expect from a legitimate outfit. The person who spoke had a thick accent so I initially thought it might be from an overseas call centre. The person who spoke said they were from British Telecom, so I told them where to go and hung up.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with fake competition spam, insurance marketing - mostly robo caller. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
