They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. Was called by this number which was automated. Informing me that my Amazon Prime was being renewed and that money would be taken from my bank account and to press 1 to speak to the Service Manger. Assess this as a Scam as I do not have Amazon prime.

SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.

SPAM SPAM I did not answer as I did not recognise the number. It recorded a message on my voicemail in Mandarin. I regularly get calls from apparent UK mobiles which do this. One advisor at my airtime provider told me it may be a number which charges a lot to call it. or even to answer it. This cannot to me as I have a capped charge at zero.

I have recieved 2 calls from this number, both times the person reports to be from Amazon Business and seeking that I set up a business account. Amazon have checked this out and its definitely not them, so must therefore be a nuisance or scam. The person calling knows your name.

Supposedly from our Bank- 2 transactions this morning - one from Amazon for £300 and another for £1100 for International Money transfer - suspicious- if you didn’t authorise these press 1 to speak to someone- didn’t- now blocked.
