SCAM - Automated Robot voice claiming to be from the UK Inland Revenue (HMRC), demanding an instant phone call back. HMRC never do anything like that - they are slow and meticulous, doing everything in legal writing, never by phone. This is clearly a SCAM.

Got a couple of calls selling warranty First call said I had a Bosh washing machine, I said I was busy. The next day another call saying I had a Samsung. They tried to convince me of their glowing credentials, that they ve been operating for 10years. Got transfered to a manager which I asked again if I could check on Companies House website for Applianceserve Ltd Company number 08957597 and they promptly hung up on me. Unfortunately all appears to be a lie unless the goverment website is a lie...?

Calls but no message. Becoming a regular nuisance
From background noise it was a call centre, but after a short time they hung up without speaking.
Aggressive tone electronic generated messages left on answerphone starting last week on daily basis claiming debt where non exists.

Been getting calls from this number over last few days so called them back. First a woman answered, seemed like it was the last thing she wanted to do and told me the line was bad so she would call me back. No call back so I called again. A man called Joshua stated he was from Lotto Social and would like to offer me 5 free Euro Millions lines for tomorrow night (24/04/2015). I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Also nothing on Moneysaving Expert, my go-to place for this type of thing.
