has called twice today. No message left. Looking at the dialling code it seems the call may be from Kolkata.

Told the caller on numerous occasions That I am not a householder Im a council tenant..& please stop calling me.. Now they persist on calling..but when I answer they hang up...Or just dont speak...GRRRRRRRRRRR. Just wondered if they get some kind of commission ???? Sounds like a Paki. Says he is from some insurance company. This is a con merchant. Trying to steal money from from unsuspecting people by use of the phone. Another number for the call blocker.
