Called saying they wanted to discuss a loan I d had some time ago . I told them I d never had a loan, they hung up. Lead in to PPI presumably? Either way it s clearly a fishing expedition.
SCAM / SPAM Recorded message claiming to be from HM Customs, told me a tax fraud case has been opened against me, to press 1 immediately to be connected to an "officer", and that if I do not press 1 immediately the arrest warrant would be issued and I would be arrested shortly. Very threatening.

Scammer. Pretended to be BT saying hub has problems. Left BT year ago as they never fixed problem and customer service was non existent. Gone to satellite broadband and phone so knew they were scamming. Told the woman with pidgeon english what I thought of

I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!
