Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? When i answer this call they ask for me by name, I confirm that s me, but then the call goes silent! After a few seconds I get that "BT lady" saying the caller ended the call. I don t think they mean to hang up, I d guess thier computer system does it by accident. when I looked up the number I found a plumber in Scotland! Im in Peterborough, so I doubt it s that.
