Our company has an account with Extra Energy already and when I gave our account number to them they just claimed it wasn t valid and continued with their aggressive sales pitch. I asked them to remove our number and hung up. Had to ring them back to see whether it was a client enquiry, just some firm selling space in a doctors surgery TV in a surgery that isn t even remotely close enough to where my business is, when got through to them they then started asking loads of questions that they should have known the answer to as they had called me first !

Said he was calling from "Credit Investigation Department" and that his records show I was currently paying off debts in my name (false). Told him to politely bugger off and remove my number from whatever database he was using. Complained to TPS.
