Indian call centre. Will try and persuade you to open windows event viewer and tell you the warnings in there are the result of being hacked.

Pretending to be Evri driver Thomas who couldn’t find a safe place to leave my parcel. Looked plausible, but I had a similar one from DHL at the weekend.

My wife answered the phone, and an apparently recorded message said that there was a suspicious transaction involving a £300 bill from Amazon which had not been paid. Then she was asked to press some number at which point she ended the call. I found the callers number by using 1471. The call appears to be a scam.

The male voice said they were calling from my bank to inform me that a large sum of money had been sent abroad and a purchase had been made on Amazon. The instructions were to press number 1 or 3 to speak to someone. At this poit I hung up.

On answering the call the caller said my electricity account was due to expire. It is not, in fact it has another 12 months to run from February 2023. The caller spoke with an accent. Due to this the call was ended.

It's a scam number, be aware.

I think this is a scam. Message said I had made an unusual transaction on card, £300 Amazon and £1000 international money transfer. Call did not identify a specific card, so I am assuming this to be a scam. Interesting that it is a Bristol number identifiable to a location.

Called saying they were from Vodaphine technical team checking on my service. They wanted me to do a speed test first on my laptop, then on my phone. As apperently they were currently working on the line and I was having issues... I'm not with Vodaphone. They eventually hung up.

Scam number trying to get details from people after sending a fraudulent PayPal money request. They get your phone number at least which they can connect to the phone number you call them on and your name which enables them to clone your identity.

Received call, recorded message, pertaining to be HMRC asking me to press a number to talk to them about incorrect tax return. I believe this to be fraudulent and that HMRC would not make contact in this manner.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. Currys/PC World calling about a promotion for a mobile phone package. When I said I wasn't interested they immediately hung up, so would imagine it was actually a scam.

I had a phone call from this number which gave an automated message saying it was my bank and that there was suspicious activity (someone had tried to spend £300 on amazon and £1600 elsewhere). It said to press 1 to confirm something. I believe it was a scam.

Didn't recognise number, no message left. Another robotic call!
