Over the past two or three years I have told them several times not to call me, and to delete my details from their database. They state that they will and it will take a few weeks. they have multiple numbers all over the country but are really a call centre in kilmarnock in scotland that are connected to the mckenzie hall debt collectors too. they are just trying to do a job but the company has no right to call you and are a joke in the industry

Called asked for Emily Simmonds. I told them that I didn t anyone of that name and that they must be operating a scam of some sort. They got quite stroppy when I told them this and eventually hung up. I ve been called several times before by different 0330808 numbers, always asking for Emily Simmonds.

Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam...
