Voice told me I had a virus on my pc and he could get rid of it. I said "How dare you get rid of my virus, I love it. I ve just bought it a new pink outfit and am taking it on holiday and I buy it birthday and Christmas presents. It is my friend and I don t want you to get rid of it". They became rude when I told them I would not give any information and did not owe any money. He remainded polite and calm but still keen to get more information, WITHOUT giving HIS organisation's details.

Beware...This is a scam. Caller named Alan announced that he was calling about my computer. Given that it was an unsolicited call from person who could in no way know if I had a computer or not, I immediately hung up and blocked the number.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. I intend to take legal action against Opus & NPower for the distress that their continued harassment has caused me for more than a year.

Called me once, I rejected the call, called straight back so I rejected the call again. and guess what? they called straight back!!!! so I checked out their number on here and shock of shocks - yet another PPI company! so their number is now blocked together with the other 48 numbers on my block list! :|

Lady with an accent, slightly Irish?, called asking to speak to Mr. Harrison. When I asked which Mr. Harrison, I have two sons, she said Linda. I advised that she had asked to speak to Mr and now wanted to speak to a lady and she got shirty and tried to be assertive. I asked who was calling and she put her hand over the phone and gave only a surname, Williams. I asked her to repeat the whole name and she hung up. Yes, we are TPS as well. Why can t this lot do something?
