SCAM call received from this number at 1130 on Mon 19/10/2020 stating “THIS IS A CALL FROM BRITISH TELECOM. YOUR LANDLINE AND INTERNET ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONNECTED. PLEASE PRESS ONE”. I suspect that this is one of those calls which when you press “1” you will automatically be charged for a premium call. If you receive a call from this number, do NOT press 1 and block the number from your system.

This number called me yesterday, and several times today. I picked up the most recent call and a girl laughed down the phone and hung up. No attempt to sell me anything or talk about pensions, as other comments have said, just straightforward nuisance call. Have now blocked them.

I've tried googling the number, but nothing has come up as to who it is, or if its a company, all that's its registering is calling from Aberystwyth (UK). Thinking its a SPAM caller?
