They called just now, as soon as I heard pause then background noise with foreign man speaking , likely Indian, saying from BT I hung up. An robot appearing to be a person, asked about the accident I was in recently. Because I like to play with these people I answered from questions - e.g. yes I'd had an accident, but didn't remember anything about it. After a short while I was transferred to a real person, who I simply didn't say anything until they hungup on me. How are these people allowed to operate these phishing / scamming services? They're worse the the PPI people.
