Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19269121xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Road traffic accident / Accident claim experts / Harringtons with PPI. Just block it if not interested. People did they call you with the same or something new...?
Accident claim company. They have several numbers they call you from. All start 0207 946 etc....

I received a call from 0800 389 0755...missed it so thought it was a client and called it back, voicemail stated it was Santander and they would call back. First issue I had with this is I don t or never have banked with Santander.vso I sourced the local branch number to enquire if someone had opened an account in my name or if there were any fraudulent activity regarding my name number. Call center I received a call from this number telling me he wants to ask me a few questions on behalf of leading brands in the UK. The caller was not speaking very clear and I asked him again what it was about. I then decided I was not going to take part in the survey and he then shouted at me and told me then why do I F2#€@ !! asked him so many questions and he then put the phone down before I could reply. I frequently receive calls from these Manchester numbers, the other number they use 0161 814 9764.

I keep my phone on answer machine because of cold calls. The caller claimed to be from HMRC and said there was a law suit against me and to press 1 to contact my case officer. I suspected a scam and erased it.
