Silent call. Probably a cold call scammer. Received another silent call less than an hour earlier from an identical number but ending in 15 and reviews suggest that number is a scammer. They just keep changing the last two digits.

This number has been making numerous calls today before 8am. It alternates with a private caller saying they are from Virginmedia. I have checked with the company who have no record of any calls being made to me. Annoying maybe dangerous.

Caller claimed to be from an organisation which teaches English as a foreign language to Philippine people in need and wanted to recruit me as a volunteer to have conversations with students - quote "they may ask you questions about your life". This guy is a scammer. You pay a ‘deposit’ then he hits you with the ‘delivery fee’ that’s was never mentioned. He’s not even in your local area.
An Asian voice, poor English spoken, said they were from Open Reach, and needed to check my modem. They made a give-away mistake as they got my internet provider wrong. This is the third call over the last 10 days, saying the same thing. But I didn't make a note of the number until the third time they called, which was today at 4.30 pm.
Said his name was Adam Rocon from Motor Assist calling about my recent slight accident. I laughed and he immediately hung up.

Told me that there had been suspicious transactions on my account and tried to get me to speak to them. I hung up and checked with my bank who told me that nothing of the sort could have happened.
