Moments after they called, I called back from a business/withheld number and they said they were 'having technical problems'... [but they can make outgoing calls?] There was no company identification, but I was told that "you can find lots of help and information online" As someone who works in a technical/business capacity, It is very suspicious that they DONT identify the company and DONT specify a website or online resource to check. Clearly this is a nuisance and most certainly is unsolicited. Whilst the number appears to be a Manchester number clearly it is not. An elderly family member had a call from this number and in no way could understand the Asian caller. It is probably a fake number. When they ask if I have been in an accident recently my usual answer is to say "You tell me you seem to know". To the contributor who asked what 00 means in front of the number it is simply the first 2 digits you would dial when calling
The usual"please hold for an important message, if you have been in an accident" the same old rubbish.
