Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.

This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016). I have a watch that notifies me of any calls coming through and the number which is annoying, especially when I cannot access my phone at work. I assume since it is local that it would have been for a business of some kind. No messages were left which leads me to believe that this is a cold call. Received an SMS from this number claiming it's from Royal Mail asking me to pay £2 for delivery, otherwise my parcel will return to sender. On the link which was looking like legit Royal Mail fill-in page, one was supposed to put all his details. It's really interesting that in that day, Friday, I was waiting about 3 deliveries. Clearly this fraudster was following some Royal Mail feed. Clearly a SCAM / FRAUD. Do not answer. It could be the same scammer with 07703266393 that claims it's from HMRC. FR

This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.
