I was called at 7.10 Saturday morning, I’m a elderly lady and when The phone rings at that time of the morning it makes me worried. They said they were from Amazon
This number has called me on my lane line all day!! If you pick up the line is dead. I’m assuming it’s a computer calling as they call and as soon as they ring off they call immediately again. I have had to put my phone on do not disturb which means I don’t know when someone legitimate is calling me. I have no idea how to stop this!!

I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.

This company is suposed to be a Management Property Company.(alas I didn't catch the name) They phoned today theBank Holiday for our Queens Funeral which I was watching. When I rang it back (02045 385857) it rang & rang. but no reply. It was not a normal ring for the UK but a ring for abroad. This made me think it was the middle of the night somewhere. This number rang my Mobile which is only know to a few people. I was told it was HMRC and if i didn't send some paper work i would be liable to prosecution. Told to press option one to speak to some one did so and the person on the end said something like thank you for calling !!!! didn't understand the last bit. I commented I didn't call you did, it then went quiet. I hung up. Both voices were certainly not UK English in speakers. Don't trust this phone number think it's a scam

Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.

The operator said he worked for UK Debt Solutions, it was a bit difficult to understand him because of his Indian like accent and I was right next to some factories thrumming away.
