This phone number is a scam. But sounds very convincing as it is a well spoken English person. I fear that trusting elderly people WOULD fall for this scam. They pretended to be Domestic & General wanting me to take out further policies. BLOCK this phone number, as I did....

Some sort of SCAM. Phone caller said he was from Microsoft and was warning me that my computer had been hacked. When I terminated the call he rang back to say he was going to disconnect my computer!

Tried to get my address details claiming that it was all part of 'data protection' - when I said 'heck no - I'm not giving you any details' then they doubled down on the the claim that they were operating on behalf of my estate. They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. This is some company who wanted me to answer to a survey. They called me numerous times before, with varying phone numbers. They always call me while at work, and each time I tell them I have no time for their survey. They refuse to accept that and insist it will be very short and just proceed with their survey. Even after all these tries they have not figured out that I can simply hang up and block their number …
