I ask my name and she didn't know my name from the app , I told to check the app and after to tell me my name , and she tell me different name . I don't know what I say but I blocked .

4 Scam. Received a text supposedly from EE saying they've given me extra points, the points will expire in 3 working days and to click the link to claim them. I clicked the link because the text looked genuine. Upon clicking the link it stated I had 5400 points. All the items were cheap looking and cost £0.1+5000points. This country has some of the most advanced telecomms technology in the world. WHY can't the authoriries (Police, BT, the Regulator) take down these numbers?

I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.
