SPAM Worst cold caller I’ve ever had. Asked about our website having errors and said they would be there if we need help. I said no and the lady was like ok that’s great but we are here for you anyway. Never gave any details or anything haha

SCAM an extremely rude man who I could not hear properly, don’t know who he was calling from as all he did was lecture me on how to speak on the phone, the only 2 words I heard was Damian and financial, then asked me how I didn’t remember registering, registering for what ??? His voice was breaking up, didn’t hear 1 complete sentence, which I told him and he was very rude, loads of background noise, Hung up on him

This is the negative balance team from Paypal (See https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Subscriptions/Paying-an-outstanding-recurring-payment/td-p/1000315 as an example). This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. The account holder has 45 days to deal with the issue, before Paypal go to the funding source to ask for the money on a "Chargeback" basis. Legitimate caller if you have a paypal account
