Think this is a bit coin scam
Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!

I received a call from this number to a landline in Switzerland They claimed to be from Visa saying that there had been suspicious charges to my visa card. They gave me details , and said that I should push 1 if they were OK, and 2 if I should reject them. I hung up

I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. SCAM, i called it back and it said, this number is not in use, automated. If today 17th June 2023 from 11am 53 people have searched it then i guess it will lead to some scam and the number is using this to hide behind.

Repeated phone calls, (within working hours). This business sells magazine deals/subscriptions - but if you buy once they don't stop phoning (unless you firmly say/threaten them a few times that you'll report them). They're not the worst by any means.

SCAM This is a scam operation. An older lady calls to tell you that they have confirmed advertising space in local hospital/ school publication. These publications don't exist. They invoice and use factoring companies. We were stung for around £250 previously. Not heard from them in a couple of years so they've obviously started up again. Just hang up.
