Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, boiler schemes, insurance marketing, "you win a voucher.." - wide scope :), pure telemarketing. Called me at 13.20 GMT. The line was dropped as soon as I answered. This is probably a computer generated call. A person will monitor several lines being dialled by the computer. The operator will pick up a call that gets a 'hit'. All the other lines will then 'drop out' ie hang up because the person monitoring the lines is speaking to some other poor unsuspecting victim.
