Caller wanting to talk about delivery of wardrobes. When you call them back, expect to be placed in a queue that takes ages to reduce. I have tried 3 times and given up after 15 mins each time. Must be costing me a fortune from my mobile phone!

Direct Business Solutions (DBS). Called several times but don t seem to know about previous calls they have made. Perfectly polite but it s another sales call. Trying to get the best deal etc etc. Told them I wouldn t be using a broker once contract end with supplier but didn t stop them trying. Quite annoying. Have now blocked their number.

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. I said yes I have had a few - he then hung up - shame. In the words of Homer Simpson wasted my time and his - not quite sure what he was trying to get

Recorded message saying it was the National Crime Agency about suspending my NI number as it had been involved in suspicous activity - I then hung up as I had heard enough

They have aquired your mobile number via an old loan application. They say that they have loan application when infact they only have your name and number. if you pay them a fee and then they promise to call you in 48 hours, you will never hear from them again and may block your number - ho and empty your bank account. DO NOT GIVE THEM BANKING DETAILS ESPECIALLY DEBIT CARD DETAILS. INDIAN SCAM, LETS HOPE THEY GET A LARGER EARTH QUAKE IN FUTURE.

Called and asked to speak to the owner who moved two years ago. Then asked to speak to the new owner, demanded to know why when I refused ... typical scam caller.

They called twice in one week. You always know these people. You answer once, twice and then when you are just about ready to hang up they speak. Lots of back ground noise from their colleagues making more nuisance calls to other poor victims and they ask for you by name but need you to confirm it. You either say they have the wrong number and that person isn t known at this number then hang up or, just say that the line is breaking up and you can t hear them. They get bored really quickly and hang up.

Having received two missed calls I decided to call back. It's just O2 checking if I wanted to upgrade, and the person I got through to was quite polite.

Called to tell me that my computer was running slow and offered to take control of my laptop to show me how to cure the problem. I kept pestering HER with various questions in the middle of her "spill" eventually she hang up. Anyone reading this NEVER let anyone take control of your computer from a "cold" telephone call....

This is another fake number being used by the criminals pretending to be from Talk Talk. I bellowed "Hello" a couple of times. The woman quickly rang off

Allan called this afternoon to sell their product at ?3-20 a year to stop all nuisance calls to our landline number. I said I will look into this and call back. He gave me his contact number as 08006226710

Hung up when I answered

Been getting calls from 01727686187. I answer and the other end is silent for 15 seconds then they hang up. I live in St Albans. Very frustrating!!
