Waiting for a call back from Hospital & getting the tail end of the message when I answered, I stupidly gave my name & Hospital number! I'm now worried about any repercussions. I'm normally good at fielding these irritating calls with silence & cutting them off, but it was early morning, & as I said I was waiting for a call! Fraud - It's Christmas time and the scammers are out in force. This is a fake HMRC message bot. Whatever we think of the tax man, at least we can rest assured HMRC wouldn't call like that ... they'd send 5-15 letters first. As much as the bot message is amusing to listen to in its fake urgency and menace, there will unfortunately be people, who will get upset by this and fall for it ... DON'T!

A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him.
